Jason is a well known trainer in the Clarington and Durham Regions and is a graduate of Fanshawe College with diplomas in Fitness and Health Promotion and Human Services.
Upon graduation, Jason began his career by founding Foremost Fitness in Glasgow, Scotland and developed a large clientele base in the Glasgow area.
Upon returning to Canada, Jason worked in various avenues of the Fitness and Health Industry including Fitness Consulting, Personal Training Sales and Fitness Program Development. After working as a Health Center Manager for one of Canada’s leading fitness club chains, Jason made the switch back to his Personal Training roots. Jason works with private clients, brain injured clients and runs the popular Boot Camps and corporate fitness programs offered by Live in Motion.
Jason attended the unique Holistic Cooking Academy of Canada to learn his nutritional cooking skills. He appears regularly on Rogers TV and contributes to various online fitness websites.
Jason is a former member of the Board of Directors with Big Brothers and Sisters of Clarington and an active Big Brother.
Lisa earned a diploma from Seneca College in Fitness Leadership as well as a second Diploma in Recreation and Leisure from Centennial College. Upon graduating Lisa quickly moved into the position of Fitness Supervisor with the City Of Pickering. Her passion for intense fitness training led her to the Department of National Defense as a Military Fitness Instructor. Upon leaving the military, Lisa moved into a variety of roles in the fitness and health industry including Fitness and Recreation Director of a large, Toronto based community recreation centre and a top personal trainer with one of Canada’s leading fitness club chains.
Lisa has continued her education by graduating with honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto as well as various other courses and workshops. Lisa is currently attending The Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto.
Lisa has previously appeared on Skin Deep, is a regular guest on Rogers TV and has contributed to several fitness and health publications.
