“High Octane” HIIT Classes
This class is designed to give you a 45-minute-high intensity session that incorporates various styles of cardiovascular training segments. It will be geared towards helping you get to the next level whether you want your running, trekking, cycling, swimming or just your over all cardiovascular level to improve.
This type of programing is a great style of training to complement your current workout regime where cardio sessions on machines tend to get boring and monotonous and place you in similar movement patterns all of the time.
Level of Class: Intermediate to Advanced
Small group training of 4-6 at any given time.
Full attention on each client.
Corrective movement given.
All medium to high intensity options given.

Time: 7:00-7:45pm (includes a proper warm up and cool down)

Note: If you wish to participate in the Monday or Wednesday boot camp classes you will have to purchase a pass from the Monday or Wednesday pass options in order to hold a spot.
